Returns and refunds policy

Our store undertakes to comply with the terms of Decree Law 143/2001, of April 26, which stipulates that in distance contracts the consumer has a period of 14 days to terminate the contract without payment of compensation and without the need to indicate the reason. In addition, our store undertakes to comply with all current legislation on direct distance sales and electronic commerce, namely Decree Law 143/2001, Decree Law 07/2004, as well as other legal provisions in force that apply to this business.

Conditions for returns:

For the products to be eligible for return, make sure that:

- The products were purchased in the last 14 days;

- The products are in the original packaging.

The following products cannot be returned:

- The supply of products made according to your specifications or clearly customised.

- The supply of products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were opened after delivery.

- The supply of products that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

Return of products

The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. The customer must send an email to joias.pure.energy.jewelry@gmail.com to request an address to proceed with the return.

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost products in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend a secure and registered mail service. We cannot issue a refund without the actual receipt of the products or proof of return delivery received.
